The June Special is issued as a Gift Voucher, it is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is strictly NON REFUNDABLE. No ticket extensions are available. Ballooning is a weather dependent activity so it may take several attempts to fly. We recommend booking early and often. Minimum passenger numbers and suitable weather is required for a flight to take place.
