It's surprisingly peaceful, its so easy to let yourself just get carried away. I realised the magic of this experience for me was that I was left with a feeling of complete detachment from all the mundane jobs I had to do that day.

You made the day for my mum's surprise 80th birthday gift a fantastic experience. She loved seeing the countryside from up high and thought the staff and the guests on the day looked after her extremely well. We will certainly let anybody we know who is thinking of doing a balloon flight about 'Cloud 9'.

The WOW factor for me was the sunrise and the amazing views from up there – such pretty and interesting countryside in this part of Sydney. We were thrilled to see our house and farm once we got towards the Hawkesbury River and it was great to see it from such a different perspective.

I got taken in Cupid the 2 person balloon for our 2 year anniversary and words cannot express the amazing feeling you feel up in the sky. You really are 'ON TOP OF THE WORLD'. The photos explain it all. In this balloon the romantic adventure part of the motto really sticks.

Our children gave us the balloon flight as a wedding present and it was the most wonderful present ever!!! We had such a wonderful time and it really symbolised the feelings we have had since we have been married. (Australia Day 2008) It was fun and we also felt weightless and carefree and completely safe!! Thank you for a truly wonderful experience. Breakky was great as well.
