| How do I know whether my flight is going ahead? |
|
Hot air ballooning is weather dependent and all passengers are asked to check in the last working day prior to their flight and once again 90 minutes prior to the meeting time for a last minute weather check. |

| What do I do if my flight is cancelled? |
|
If we cancel the flight, please call our office on 1300 555 711 to reschedule for another day. You cannot change or cancel a flight within 7 days of the flight date. Terms & Conditions can be viewed on this website and will be posted or emailed out upon purchase of a ticket.

| What time do we meet? |
|
We always meet about 30 minutes before first light. The office will tell you the precise time when you check in on the last work day before the flight. |

| How long does it all take? |
|
You can expect to be with us for around 4-5 hours. This includes the flight as well as the setting up and packing up of the balloon and breakfast |

| Is it cold during the flight? |
|
You will be no colder in the balloon than when you are on the ground. The burners are located above your head and, as you will be moving with the wind, there is no wind chill.

| What happens on the morning? |
|
We meet at the confirmed time and you are taken in our vehicles to the launch site, which is determined according to the winds on the day. You are then welcome to help us with the inflation of the balloons, which takes about 20 minutes. During the flight our ground crew follows the balloon and meets you at the landing site. After the balloon is packed back in to the bag, you will be taken to your breakfast location for a hearty breakfast.

| What should I wear and bring? |
|
Wear hiking style clothing and bring a hat. Don't forget your camera and plenty of film.
